Roles and Permissions

Below is the breakdown of basic permissions for FlowMapp users.

Here you can find description of roles for Workspaces members.

Project owner (admin)

• Can Create Projects,
• Edit Project Info (name, cover, description, comments, files),
• Create / Duplicate Sitemaps,
• Add / Delete / Duplicate Sitemap Pages,
• Edit Pages (cover, name, description),
• Work with Wireframes,
• Leave comments,
• Add files,
• Create Project labels,
• Create User Flow,
• Edit User Flow,
• Change User Flow name,
• Copy User Flow,
• Delete User Flow,
• Share Project,
• Export Project,
• Add People (collaborators) to the Project,
• Delete Project,
• Archive Project.

Collaborators

Collaborators are users who have been added to the project by    button, Share button inside Project or via the Invite Link.

All collaborators can be granted with two sets of permissions: Can edit and Can comment.

Can edit Collaborator (and Workspace members) can:

• Add Pages,
• Edit Project Info (cover, description, comments, files),
• Edit Pages (cover, description, page structure),
• Leave Comments,
• Add Files to Project owner’s quota,
• Create Project Labels,
• Create User Flow,
• Edit User Flow,
• Change User Flow name,
• Copy User Flow,
• Delete User Flow,
• Share Project,
• Export Project,
• Add People to the Project.

Can edit Collaborator can’t:

• Change Project name,
• Delete Project,
• Archive Project,

Can comment Collaborators can only leave comments.

Share link viewers

Share link viewers are users you send a public share link to. They only have the ability to view and interact (click through) via that share link and cannot edit sitemap or user flow.

Can View

• Can view Project / Sitemaps / Userflow / Content / Wireframes / Project info / User Flow Info,
• Can’t edit shared project.

Can Comment

• Can view Project / Sitemaps / Userflow / Content / Wireframes / Project info / User Flow Info,
• Can comment Userflow / Content / Wireframes / Project info / User Flow Info,
• Can’t edit shared project.
