Workspaces

To collaborate with your Team and Colleagues across multiple Projects, are part of a Workspace, formerly called Teams. Some examples could be; a business workspace, a home workspace, or a fun club workspace.

You can navigate between Personal and Team workspaces by selecting them in the upper left side of the Workspaces tab.

Workspaces

Team plans allow for five Workspace Members in total, including the Team plan owner.
Agency plans have unlimited teams and members.

Types of workspaces

  • Personal Workspaces

  • Your personal Projects are displayed here, as well as Projects where you have been added as a Collaborator.
    In Personal workspace you can create, archive or delete your own Projects.

  • Team Workspaces

  • When added to the Team Workspace you will see all the Projects of this Workspace.

    Team workspaces are available only on Team and Agency plans.

Workspace Roles and Permissions:

    Workspace owner

    • In charge of billing and invoicing,
    • Create / Delete Workspaces,
    • Have access to Workspace settings,
    • Can add and remove Admins and Members,
    • Can’t leave the Workspace,
    • All Admin functions.

    Workspace Admin

    • Can add and remove members,
    • Have access to Workspace settings,
    • Can change the roles for users between Admin/Member,
    • All Member functions.

    Workspace Members

    • Can Create and Delete Projects,
    • Have access to all Workspace Projects and Content,
    • Have access to Project Settings,
    • Can invite Collaborators to Projects,
    • Can leave the Workspace,
    • Workspace member can’t:

      • Change Workspace name,
      • Delete Workspace,
      • Can’t leave the specific Project,
      • Add / Remove Workspace members.

      Types of Workspaces

      Workspaces allow you to arrange projects and documents by any number of categories. A few customer examples include using groups to categorize by:

      • Countries,
      • Cities,
      • Departments.
