What happens to my projects if I cancel paid subscription?

You can still work regularly until your paid period is over (month or year). Then you will be asked to archive all Projects except only 1 on your choice to continue working on a FREE plan (1 active project allowed).

No worries, you would be able to get back to archived Projects after upgrading the account again. All your data is safe.

Billing

FlowMapp uses the system of recurring payments for the subscription renewal.

Rules

  • You only pay for the time that you use FlowMapp.
  • Your credit card is automatically charged at the end of every subscription period (monthly or yearly). The charge takes place on the day when your subscription expires – the same day of the month that you started it. Example: if you subscribed on January 10th, your account will be renewed (or expired if you cancel the renewals) on February 10th.
  • If there are insufficient funds on your card (or some other issue with your card), there will be more automatical charge attempts in every 1 day for 4 times total. During these 4 days, your account and all projects will still be active to not interrupt your workflow.
  • If the charge doesn’t take place, your subscription is canceled after 2 days the last payment overdue notification and the account is expired.
  • If you downgrade your subscription plan, there is no immediate refund, instead, your unused paid time goes toward your next renewal/added licenses and the amount of your next charge will be smaller.
  • If you cancel your subscription it will be still active until your paid period is over.

Managing your Subscription

Upgrade plan:

Here you can upgrade your plan at any time, and you’ll only be charged a prorated amount. To upgrade:

  1. Log into your account,
  2. Click on your name at the left sidebar, then click Profile Settings,
  3. Click Upgrade plan
  4. Choose new Plan
  5. Check Order Details and click Update plan

Downgrade your Subscription:

  1. Log into your account,
  2. Click on your name at the left sidebar, then Click Change plan
  3. Choose your new Plan
  4. Check Order Details and click Update plan
  5. Check Order Details and click Update plan or Cancel
  6. Go through the downgrade process

Cancel your Subscription:

  • Log into your account,
  • Click on your name at the left sidebar, then click Profile Settings,
  • Click Billing
  • Click Select Plan
  • When the paid period is over, you will be available to choose a Free plan.
    Note: You may need to delete/archive projects in order to meet the 1 project quota on the Free plan.

     

    Updating Your Payment Information

    To change your payment information:

    1. Log into your account,
    2. Click on your name at the left sidebar, then click Profile Settings,
    3. Click Billing
    4. Click Payment settings
    5. You will be redirected to your personal account on the fastspring.com (our payment provider), where you can update your payment information.

    Invoice History

    As part of our Terms of Use for consumer plans, we do not automatically email invoices per billing cycle, but you can access invoices from your account.

    To access your invoices:

    1. Log into your account,
    2. Click on your name at the left sidebar, then click Profile Settings,
    3. Click on Show invoice history button.

    You should see all your available invoices listed under Invoice History.
