What guarantee does FlowMapp provide for the safety of my data?
All data passes through several stages of preservation. We back up all data 4 times per daily and weekly, and these backups are also all mirrored. No matter what happens, we can always recover our app.
Who stores the data for my projects, and, how safe is it?
Our servers are located in a data center in Montreal, Canada. All data is stored and duplicated as a backup daily, and it is encrypted. More information about FlowMapp’s security can be found at here.
Does FlowMapp store customer credit card numbers on FlowMapp servers?
No. To protect against security compromises, FlowMapp never stores credit card numbers.
