No, we don’t ask for your credit card upfront. You can decide to purchase or not at any time.

Yes, absolutely, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Do you have discounts for educational organizations?
Yes, we are happy to provide special discount for Universities, schools, and UX/UI educational platforms. If you are Educational Institution, please provide:
- Your website address.
- An .edu or .org email address.
- A document certifying your non-profit status.
When should I pay for the selected subscription plan?
You will be asked to choose a specific subscription plan when the trial period will be over. Confirm your personal data, make a payment and continue working!
Is there an additional discount for annual payment?
Yes, if you pay for a year in advance, you save 40%!
Will I be charged when the trial period is over?
No, you won’t be charged.
We don’t ask for your credit card upfront, so we can’t charge you until you decide. You’re always in control. At any time during the trial period, or when the trial is over, you can decide what you want to do. If you decide not to purchase, no problem — you can continue working on a free account.
What if we need more than 14 days to try FlowMapp?
If you haven’t purchased FlowMapp before the trial ends, and you need a little more time, just let us know. We’re happy to extend your trial.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept the following payment types:
- Credit/debit cards (VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, UnionPay),
- PayPal,
- Amazon.
Unfortunately, we do not accept wire transfers, money orders, bitcoins, or Maestro cards.
I’m from the EU, do I have to pay Value Added Tax (VAT)?
That depends if you’re buying as a company or as an individual. As an EU company, simply enter your VAT ID number during checkout to deduct the VAT from your order. However, if you’re buying FlowMapp as an EU citizen, you’ll be required to pay VAT.
What happens to my projects if I cancel paid subscription?
You can still work regularly until your paid period is over (month or year). Then you will be asked to archive all Projects except only 1 on your choice to continue working on a FREE plan (1 active project allowed).
No worries, you would be able to get back to archived Projects after upgrading the account again. All your data is safe.
