Managing personas

Create a new Persona.

This is what you need for creating new Persona:

  • Go to Project Desktop or open Sitemap or User Flow, open the Personas tab.
  • Click on the button Add new persona.
  • Specify the name of your Persona (you can change it later).
  • On the opened screen, choose how you want to work with the Persona – create by yourself or use a premade template.

Change the Persona’s name.

The name of the Persona is set when it is created.
If you want to change the Persona’s name, use the drop-down menu on the top left bar. Select the Persona, hover over its name and click on the pencil icon. In the appeared window edit the Persona’s name and apply the changes.

Duplicate.

Duplication is available on paid subscription plans.
To duplicate a Persona, use the drop-down menu on the top left bar. Select the Persona, hover over its name and then click on the duplicate icon.

Switch between Personas.

Switching is available on paid subscription plans.
Use the drop-down menu on the top left bar to change Persona. Select the Persona and click on its name.

Delete Persona.

To delete a Persona, use the drop-down menu on the top left bar. Select the Persona, hover over its name and then click on the basket icon. You will need to confirm, because this action can not be undone later.
